Jibe Studios is dedicated to shaping great dancers and leaders. Our STAR Program for students ages 13-18 offers hands-on experience in teaching, leadership, and workplace skills. STARs assist in classes, plan lessons, solve problems, and develop professional skills that prepare them for any future path.
Through structured training, STARs progress through four levels, gaining valuable experience. Whether aspiring to be teachers or simply grow in confidence, the STAR program is a stepping stone to success.
Level 1
Dancers learn to see class from the other side through observing and making connections.
Level 2
Dancers start to build confidence through giving corrections and chatting with parents.
Level 3
Dancers continue to learn the basics of teaching their own dance class, and qualities of a great teacher.
Level 4
Dancers begin teaching classes alongside their lead instructor, getting first-hand experience in an encouraging environment.
